Orders are posted within two business days.

New Zealand

$8 flat rate

All orders are posted NZ Post – track and traced and you’ll be emailed your tracking number once it’s been posted.

Parcels are sent from Rural Hawkes Bay.

No surcharge for rural delivery (but just allow a couple of extra days depending on your postman!)

Overseas shipping

We do ship to other countries, please enquire and I’ll happily let you know the costs.

Returns + Exchanges

Returned items must arrive in the original, saleable condition they were sent to you in, to be eligible for a refund.

Your item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receiving your goods to be eligible for a refund.

Returned items are to be shipped back at your own cost and must have tracking on them as Ambassador is not responsible for any returned items lost in the post.

If a refund is requested – once the item(s) have been received and approved for a refund, it will be paid into your bank account within 3 working days. Ambassador will not refund the original freight cost on the item.

Exchanges will incur an $8 re-shipment fee.

TIP: If you’re unsure which size to get, it can be quicker and easier for you to order both sizes and simply return the one that doesn’t fit.

Items on Sale / Sales

No refunds will be given for items that are on sale. But they are able to be exchanged for another item or a store credit for future use.

Clearance sale items and Seconds are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Faulty Items

If you have a faulty item  – please contact me directly (hello@ambassadorstore.co.nz) so that I can resolve that for you.

Payment

All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST.

You can choose to pay with Credit Card Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Bank Deposit (NZ only).

We have a secure server for credit card payment.

Laybys

We are happy to offer laybys on our items. To organise a layby please email me at hello@ambassadorstore.co.nz. Laybys require a 25% deposit and need be paid off within 6 weeks.

Privacy

Any data captured by Ambassador will not be shared with any other company.
